1. If the NFC card stops working without any physical damage within a month, then the customer has to send an email at: support@fliick.cards which must have attached video of the card not working on an NFC enabled device.
  2. After video approval, the card must be couriered to address given on mail. Upon approval, a new card with same details will be dispatched. Also, Once an order is placed, No Cancellation or Refund will be provided
  3. If the NFC card incurs any physical damage and/or stops working, you’ll have to purchase a new card.
  4. During server maintenance digital card won’t be accessible for some time. All the customers will be notified about the downtime prior 30mins.
  5. During major server failure/failures downtime can occur without an prior notice to the customer. However, an email will be send for notifying about the downtime.
  6. If card gets misplaced then customer can mail us to discontinue the card and the data will be flushed out from the server.
