- If the NFC card stops working without any physical damage within a month, then the customer has to send an email at: support@fliick.cards which must have attached video of the card not working on an NFC enabled device.
- After video approval, the card must be couriered to address given on mail. Upon approval, a new card with same details will be dispatched. Also, Once an order is placed, No Cancellation or Refund will be provided
- If the NFC card incurs any physical damage and/or stops working, you’ll have to purchase a new card.
- During server maintenance digital card won’t be accessible for some time. All the customers will be notified about the downtime prior 30mins.
- During major server failure/failures downtime can occur without an prior notice to the customer. However, an email will be send for notifying about the downtime.
- If card gets misplaced then customer can mail us to discontinue the card and the data will be flushed out from the server.
